I love how photogenic each booth at our exhibit is!

Two weeks ago, Manila Bulletin's Jere De Mc Cuttac contacted me so they could have a shoot at Jak En Poy with models Danica Magpantay and Claire Unabia from ANTM cycle 10! I was so excited to see them werq. Thanks to Aisa (fellow blogger who styled this shoot with Jere) I got to meet them and I'm proud to show you the photos they've produced out of the shoot.

Leg Love

DAS supplied shoes for Pablo Cabahug's segment during the Leg Love fashion show & I got invited by sisters (DAS founders) Sureen and Neeresh to watch the show with them. 

It happened at Rockwell Tent and at the same night I got my very first pair of heelless shoes!!! 

The stockings were all so sexy and adorable!

Danica Magpantay- I watched a few minutes of her interview with Boy Abunda and all I can say is that she is so adorable! Totally did not expect that playful, sweet vibe because she looks so fierce in photos and on the runway.

I need those pants in my life.

Sam and I went to SMX last Sunday to be part of Penshoppe's "paparazzi" during their show for Philippine Fashion Week. Our friend Tanya invited us and thought we'd have fun taking photos during the show, which had a theme that revolved around the "lives of celebrities". It made my Sunday sorta busy and I had to go back and forth SMX and High Street. We were given instructions and rehearsed our blocking for the show, then Sam and I drove to 2nd's at High Street to practice since I was leading worship that day (without Riz!), then finally we headed back to SMX again after singing to get final instructions before the actual show...

We had fun shooting and just chatting away, and I got to see so many people from the blogging/fashion community... PENSHOPPE'S SHOW WAS PACKED! I'm so clueless about these shows because I only attend when a friend is showcasing, so this was my first "RTW" show. Pretty amazing one, too. No wonder everyone says that Penshoppe's always one of those they look out for.

I wasn't planning on taking part in fash week this season but I thought it would be fun to be a photographer this time (oddly enough I've never done any photo jobs for PFW before). Of course I didn't get to attend any of the after-parties. Rushed to get home right after the show to finish some schoolwork...

Oh and we laughed at the fact that we looked so ridiculous in our all-black ensembles on a 37C/98.6F day. Literally HOT! Sam quipped, "We look like the make-up artists!"

We needed to wear something we could move around in, which is the case when we're holding cameras. You really don't want any of your underwear showing when you're the one crouching and reaching for an angle!

Missed wearing these boots.

We watched the Rite after the show, went to Issa's condo to change and then messaged some friends to meet us at 2nd's to chill and have some drinks (shucks, I sound like I'm too old to go clubbing but really, we're just a bunch of tired students).

They have THE BEST margaritas, I kid you not! Try their mango and strawberry margaritas.

The Sangria and wine were really good, too! We wanted to sample more drinks but I think they wanted to close already...

I love these Deborah Lippmann glitter nail lacquers!!! I only bought these two for now since they're a bit pricey...

Ria (L) and Issa (R) got gel nail extensions done! I can never do that because of our plates and they both admit that it's hard to work with them! LOL...

Pia and I both have Deborah Lippmann's Birthday Party on but I have a purple lacquer from Essie as a base.

Robin drove us 5 girls to the Peninsula Manila after debating for over 30 minutes as to where we were going to pig out... Everyone got shocked that I was willing to eat at that time of the night but I declared it as my cheat day since I had a shoot on Sunday. BAD MOVE, got a call the next day (Friday) that I had to mowwdel on Saturday. WHOOPS. THE FOOD WAS GOOD, I have no regrets (I think).

This place is quite old but it's still very lurvely.
